We're currently shipping US-wide, and hope to ship internationally soon.
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Shipping on orders less than $75 is calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping service and destination.
Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days following purchase. We ship all packages within the USA via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail unless otherwise specified, and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
Kotami is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests.
Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.
For returnable items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must also be in their original packaging, with all tags in tact.
Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. All jewelry items are also final sale. We cannot process returns for products that are received without authorization or products received in a condition other than their original condition.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item will not be sent back to the customer.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will be in touch about the details of your return so you can send your item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We recommend using a tape measure to find your perfect fit. Check out our size guide here, as well as the individual garment measurements in each product description. If you're in between sizes on our size chart, we suggest sizing down for a tighter fit or sizing up for a more relaxed fit. And if you're still unsure about your size, drop us a line at email@example.com and we'd be happy to help.
This question is a little tricky. As a slow fashion company, we produce in smaller quantities to avoid overproduction. We'll try to restock if there's a demand, but can't make those promises right now. If an item you like is in stock in your size and color, get it while it's available—and if your preferred size/color is sold out, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do about future restocks.
Sustainable and ethical production is at the heart of our mission as a brand. We use 100% BCI cotton, recycled, and deadstock fabrics to produce our small capsules, and only work with factories that we have personally vetted. Learn more about our sustainability commitments here.
